Account Management

Miller Freight Management will manage the entire transport process from pick up point, dispatch, and delivery – with an assigned Dedicated Account Manager and one point of contact nationally. We pride ourselves on personal service and your Dedicated Account Manager will track each delivery to ensure delivery in full, on-time and in good condition and will pro-actively manage potential delivery delays, sourcing solutions, contacting receivers , organising delivery timeslots and will liaise with your dispatch staff on best solutions / best practices /Safety and Chain of Responsibility, while understanding your expectations and personally forming a strong relationship with your Despatch Team.

On Site Training Miller Freight Management will be there with your people on the ground in dispatch to provide improvement initiatives when it comes to freight packaging for damage free transit and cost saving through our consolidation program.
